Application Processor
The NXC2610/2620 are low power consumption, 0.28mA/MHz, and high performance, 380MHz, application processors. NXC2610 is designed suitable for embedded handheld devices while NXC2620 adds embedded Ethernet MAC, smart card interface, and PS/2 interface for enhanced stationary applications.

High-performance, ultra low-power 32-bit RISC core at 380Mhz
  Ideal to implement high performance handheld devices such as smart phones and GPS
External Memory Controller
  Supports low power 1.8V/2.5V/3.3V 32-bit and 16-bit memories. In addition, 8/16-bit NAND flash controller enables NAND flash boot to reduce system cost
MMC/SD/SDIO
  MMC/SD card interface expands storage support. SDIO interface enables I/O device support (e.g. WiFi)
PCMCIA/CF/IDE
  Expandable storage interface including IDE hard drive

  Support TFT LCD up to 800x600 pixels with 65536 colors
