IC Nexus, a leading provider of ARM® embedded solutions, announced the release of the VPC series in-vehicle computers. The VPC is a series communication gateway designed for in-vehicle applications. With a powerful NXP i.MX6 ARM Cortex application processor and Linux/Android OS, the VPC is not only a 3G/4G router or tracker but also a communication platform that allows users to design and deploy custom software for various applications.

The VPC takes advantage of the NXP i.MX6’s high-performance capabilities, the ublox GPS receiver, and a 3G/4G modem for a wide range of vehicle applications.

The new products are scheduled for shipment in the fourth quarter, 2016.
